This month was pretty sweet. I got to really get a lot of work done on my poker sites. Which so far is going pretty well. The web hosting business was put on hold for now. That’s ok since I am really focused on poker. I think this niche is perfect for me. I am happy writing about poker, playing poker, and most of all, connecting with other poker players and affiliates. I also flipped a few small websites that I didn’t want. So the low little income from that went to good use. Enough of what happen this past month, lets get into the traffic stats and income.

In The Mind Of Deneil Merritt…
As you can see, the income is around what it normally be. Now all I need to do is focus on keeping it around this income and bring in more income month after month. Which shouldn’t be a problem since I am doing what I love. Reading, writing, studying, and playing poker. If any of you are poker players. Lets go over strategies in my poker forum. I can talk about poker all day long. However, I am not going to do that right now.
In my personal life. Things are starting to change. I am still pretty sad about leaving my ex girlfriend. However, I think it may have been for the best. My good friend in Canada is always been a good friend and try to keep a smile on my face. I should visit her one of these days. Not sure when though. Depends on the income in the next going months. Plus I don’t want to be in Canada in the winter. lol Sorry, I am a Florida guy. Lots of warm weather. I also recently made a friend and she is pretty cool. I like talking to her. She makes me laugh a lot. Which is always a good thing in my eyes. We shall see how long she stays in my life. 
Before I forget I have a google adwords voucher for new adwords accounts only. Since I have a adwords account already. I will gladly give it to one of you. My only rule is you must be creating a new adwords account other wise it won’t work. The flipping was just to offload the websites I didn’t want. Sometimes buyers only want the domain. So its a nice flip either way. Domain or Website.

Care to mention where did you get your direct advertiser at kushmoney from? Did you find it yourself, used somesort of a middleman company or what…

lol thank you. I always find my advertisers in webmaster forums. I never deal with middlemen. I put good use to the oiopublisher wordpress plugin.
I can’t really give advise on domain flipping since im not a domainer. However, when selling a website. I also contact domainers. Which leads to them wanting the domain and not the website. I buy and sell on digitalpoint.
I hope December is better for you and that you post a bit more, you were quiet last month.

Yeah, I didn’t know either until I tried to use it. Yeah, direct ads come in handle as far as income.

Thank you, yeah. Poker seems to be my niche. I have around 10 more poker sites planned and one more in the works right now. 2010 is going to be one really good year.
Congratulations on your earnings, that’s not a bad figure at all, nice work!
One question though, would you say the in-text advertising is really worth it? I mean, studies have shown people find them really annoying so they might lose you potentially recurring visits. So for less than $1/month is it worth it?

No worries about the in-text advertising. I only have it on 2 websites. One website is just sitting there updating each day from my tweets on twitter. The other has very little text to make links. So its not in the way of visitors.

You can, just take some time to find the advertisers in your niche. At first they maybe hard to find. However, once you know where to find them and what to say. It becomes really easy.
It seems that the poker niche is good. You are always having an advertiser every month on kushmoney.
