First off let me say sorry for posting this so late. I totally forgot my days of the week. I can’t believe it’s Monday again so fast. I came across some really good articles this past week. Income reports was posted during the 1st to 3rd. I am always happy to see those reports. No matter what numbers I see it motivates me to keep going. I seen gross income reports as low as $60 and high as high as $100k. They all make me want to work smarter and worker to bring my own income levels higher.
As you may have seen on my July 2009 income report, I finally pass the $1,000 mark. This month I will have to find another way to reach it as last month most of it came from my other blog. After going over some things for this month. I am sure $100 to $200 will come from my other blog. That leaves $800 to $900 to come from my ebook and affiliate marketing. Many people wish me luck, I thank you all for that. I hope you all reach $1,000 this month as well.
I made a few goals for this month that I will be real happy to complete. The following goals are 1,000 followers on twitter, 1,000 subscribers to my mailing list, 110 ebook sales which would result in completing my next goal $1,000. My other goals are traffic goals which is 10,000 visits and 25,000 pageviews. Oh yeah, how can I forget that I want to do 4 videos this month.
As you can see I bought the wordpress theme thesis. It will take me sometime to understand it and design it the way I want it. I bought mainly for SEO reasons but this theme should help with other things I want to do. If any of you know a web designer that will design my thesis theme for me in exchange for a site wide link. Please let me know.

This past week coming off a happy post like the top 5 reasons to take a break. I finally did my first rant. I just had to make my statement on the problem with helping people. I felt good after I wrote my rant. So I decided to help out people by posting on how to get off akismet blacklist. Going through the emotions this past week you know?
A good friend of mine posted a short story podcast. Head over to his blog and listen to his short story. It’s really good. I did blog commenting while I listen to it. I was also on twitter went I came across this crazy idea that paid off for one guy. His website is called I wear your shirt. Go to his website to find out how he made money wearing other people t-shirts.

Hi Deneil! You finally changed your theme with a thesis one! That’s neat. I like the way you write about what are your goal for the month. I had this idea before when I visited Business Advice Forum, they had a thread to talk about what are your goal with your blog. In some way, posting what your goals are, will make your faithful readers to help you by maybe buying more stuff from you, etc. Anyway, I think you improve your brand month after month, and it’s really good!
Deniel… very nice theme change. How do you like Thesis so far? I am thinking about getting to to play around with some of our sites. Is it as easy as they say?

Deneil, great job keep up the good work. I love income reports and hearing about this stuff. Really interested in what you have to say about thesis. I am going to switch to a premium SEO friendly theme myself next month and this is one I am considering. Looks very nice I must say.

I’ve tried Thesis, and don’t think it’s as easy as they said. At least, displaying columns is easy, but changing the whole design is another problem..
Doug, I like the thesis theme so far. Pretty easy to change things the way you want them but adding somethings is pretty hard. I am not a coder so playing around with html, php, css, and hooks is kind of hard for me. It will take some reading and seeing how things work for me to fully customize my blog.

I think you should write post each month about your goals and try to complete them. You can always look back at what you completed and didn’t complete. I wonder if it does work out that way. Posting goals and readers buying stuff just to help out. Only one way to find out, make a post asking my readers.
